2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with jago99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"), constitute the entire and binding agreement between you and jago99 with respect to your use of the Platform.
2.2 By completing the jago99 registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Agreement in its entirety.
2.3 jago99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between translations and the English-language version, the English version shall prevail.

4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current informat ion in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be treated as your own activity.
4.4 You must immediately notify jago99 support through the contact email listed in the footer if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised third party.
4.5 jago99 reserves the right to reject any registration request at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles jago99 to terminate your Account and forfeit any Balance held within it.
5.1 jago99 is required to verify the identity of every player in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer standards. KYC verification is a mandatory condition for making a withdrawal from your Account.
5.2 jago99 may request any of the following documentation at any time:
5.3 KYC documents should be submitted with all four corners clearly visible and in a format that allows for legible verification. jago99 will process KYC documents within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt.
5.4 If you fail to provide the required KYC documentation within 14 days of a request, jago99 may suspend withdrawals from your Account until verification is satisfactorily completed.
6.1 Deposits may be made using the payment methods supported by jago99, which presently include local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, as well as the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.
6.3 Funds must be deposited from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits originating from a third-party payment account may be rejected and the funds frozen pending investigation.
6.4 jago99 does not charge any deposit fee. Any charges applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are entirely outside jago99's control and remain your responsibility.
6.5 All deposits are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jago99 does not accept deposits in any other currency without prior arrangement.
7.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and may only be processed after successful KYC verification.
7.2 Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes during jago99's operating hours (08:00–23:59 WIB, UTC+7) for verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours are processed within 24 hours.
7.3 In cases of irregular betting activity or suspected fraud, jago99 may delay the processing of a withdrawal pending further review. Delays of this nature do not constitute approval of the payout.
7.4 Each withdrawal request is subject to review and handling by jago99's finance team. jago99 may require a one-time validation of the destination account prior to the first withdrawal.
7.5 Any reversal, chargeback, or cancellation of a withdrawal by a player after the transaction has been processed may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the disputed funds.
8.1 All bonuses offered on jago99 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed in full on the applicable promotional page. In the event of any conflict between this clause and the terms of a specific bonus, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
8.2 Unless otherwise expressly stated in the promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum 30x wagering requirement. This requirement must be fulfilled before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
8.3 Bonus funds are valid for 14 days from the date they are credited to your Account. If the wagering requirement has not been met within this period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed.
8.4 The following practices constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonuses, associated winnings, and potential Account termination:

9.1 All wagers placed on jago99 are final upon confirmation. A bet is deemed accepted once the event outcome is displayed as confirmed in your betting slip and reflected in your Account history.
9.2 jago99 is not responsible for wagers placed on events that are cancelled, postponed, or otherwise voided unless expressly stated in the applicable sport-specific rules. Void bets are typically returned to the player's Balance.
9.3 All betting odds offered on jago99 are subject to change prior to the start of an event. The odds applicable to your wager are the odds displayed at the moment the wager is confirmed.
9.4 jago99 reserves the right to void or adjust any wager that is affected by a system error, display error, incorrect odds, or any other technical malfunction.
9.5 In the event of a disagreement over the outcome of a wager or the amount of any payout, jago99's official betting records shall be considered the sole and authoritative source of truth.
9.6 For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) wagers placed through live streaming, the relevant game-specific rules form part of these Terms and must be observed.
10.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using jago99:
10.2 jago99 shall have the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your Account where it reasonably believes that you have engaged in any of the above conduct.
10.3 Where jago99 establishes that a player has engaged in fraudulent conduct or bonus abuse, jago99 may void all associated winnings, deduct any previously released funds, and withhold the disputed Balance pending further investigation.
11.1 jago99 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players must be 21 years of age or older. Gambling should be viewed as a form of entertainment, not as a means of earning money.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jago99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
13.2 jago99's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of the Balance held in your Account at the time the cause of the liability arises.
13.3 jago99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You agree that gaming online carries inherent financial risk, and you participate in jago99's Services entirely at your own risk.
13.4 Any in-game or platform data maintained by jago99's servers shall be considered final and conclusive for all purposes.
14.1 jago99 may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, at its sole discretion, for breach of these Terms or where the continued provision of Services is no longer appropriate.
14.2 Upon termination, your Account Balance (excluding any bonus funds and any winnings associated with voided wagers) will be returned to you, provided that no fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms has occurred. Where a breach is established, jago99 may forfeit the Balance.
14.3 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jago99 support. Subject to completion of standard verification, your verified Balance will be returned to you through the payment method on file.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jago99's operating jurisdiction, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through legal processes available in jago99's operating jurisdiction, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any right to dispute the finality of results, game outcomes, or settlement decisions issued by jago99's systems.
16.1 jago99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All material amendments will be notified to registered players via email at least 7 days before taking effect.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
